Fresh Soy Sticks Broiled with Soy Sauce, Ginger and Honey
Zesty and sweet, this side dish is a great addition to any meal you prepare.
- 1 pkt Everbest Fresh Soy Sticks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground white or black pepper
- 2 tsp ginger grated with a microplane grater or minced
- 1 tsp red chili pepper flakes optional
Combine soy sauce, honey, pepper, ginger, and pepper flakes in a medium bowl and set aside.
Unpack Everbest fresh soy sticks. You can rinse for a little while before cutting them into 2-inch segments.
Place them on a baking sheet or skillet lined with foil. Brush the glaze onto the fresh soy sticks.
Place them under the broiler, and cook until the tops are a little crispy, which should take around 3 to 5 minutes.
Check when it’s almost ready to prevent scorching. Serve immediately.
