VEG. KU-LOH MEAT

​IN VIETNAMESE STYLE

INGREDIENT

Ingredients (A)
300g Vegetarian “Ku-Loh” Meat
1 tbsp cooking oil

Ingredients (B)
70g celery(sliced)
20g red chilli (sliced)
50g cucumber (cut small pieces)
1 stalk lemongrass (flatten)
3 bird’s eye chilli (chopped)
1 sprig curry leaf (leaves only)

SAUCE

1 tbsp bottle curry powder
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce 100ml water

Mix well.

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in wok, add in ingredients B and Vegetarian “Ku-Loh” Meat, stir-fry over high heat until aromatic.
  2. Add in mixed sauce, bring to boil over high heat.
  3. Cook until sauce is thickened.
  4. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
