Firstly, deep fry Japanese Tofu Puff until crispy brown. Dry it and place it on top of steamed rice in bento.
Next, cut Veg. Spiced Duck into pieces then deep fry until crispy brown too. After that, preheat sweet and sour sauce and fry it together with Veg. Spiced Duck then place into bento.
Lastly, slice 2 Yuba Maki Rolls into pieces. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Place it in the bento with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Boil broccoli for 5 minutes. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
