VEG. BLACK POMFRET FISH

​ IN SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

INGREDIENT

Ingredients (A)
380g Vegetarian Black Pomfret Fish
1 tbsp cooking oil
tapioca flour

Ingredients (B)
40g pickled onion (shredded)
50g green capsicum (shredded)
30g carrot (shredded)
10g ginger (shredded)
1 red chilli (shredded)

Ingredients (C)
4 tbsp plum sauce
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
400ml water

METHOD

  1. Deep-fry the Veg. Black Pomfret Fish in hot oil over medium heat, dish up and drain.
  2. Heat up cooking oil in wok to saute ingredients B till fragrant. Add in ingredients C and stir well.
  3. Thicken sauce with tapioca solution.
  4. Remove from heat, drip the sauce to Black Pomfret Fish, serve hot.
