VEG. HERBAL SOUP

INGREDIENT

200g Veg. Stew Lamb Chunk
100g Soy Knot
1 vegetarian meat herb pack
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs sugar
Mushroom
800ml water

METHOD

  1. Slightly deep fry 200g Everbest Veg. Stewed Lamb Chunk for 30 seconds, set a side.
  2. Deep fry 100g Soy Knot until crispy then set aside.
  3. Boil 800ml water in a pot, add in vegetarian meat herb pack, salt, sugar, mushroom and fried Veg. Stew Lamb Chunk, stew for 20mins.
  4. Add in fried soy knot and continue to stew for 2-3 mins then serve hot.
