VEG. BARBEQUE MEAT

FRIED RICE

INGREDIENT

Serving: 5 persons
250gm Everbest Veg. Hong Kong Barbeque Meat
1cup of peas or mixed bean
5bowls of rice, cooked and leave cold

SEASONING

1/2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder

METHOD

  1. Cook rice, add 1 tablespoon oil for rice to separate.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry veg. barbeque meat, cut into cubes.
  3. Stir fry peas or mixes beans.
  4. Add cooked rice, veg. barbeque meat cubes and seasoning, mix well for about 2 minutes and serve hot.
