​SOY POMFRET FISH

INGREDIENT

Ingredient (A)
1pcs Everbest Soy Pomfret Fish

Ingredient (B)
100g chilli sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sour plum
1 tbsp sugar
water

SEASONING

1 chilli
1 red chilli (cube)
1 ginger Flower (crushed)

METHOD

  1. Deep fry Everbest Soy Pomfret Fish until crispy, drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare sauce by stir fry Ingredient B then add some water, cook until boil.
  3. Add spices to the boiling sauce for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the cooked sauce on the Soy Pomfret Fish. Dish up and ready to Serve.
