Familiar production process, conduct studies to determine and develop the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommend methods for maximizing utilization of production equipment / machines and manpower.
Designing, modifying and testing production methods and equipment & conferring with equipment / machine vendors.
Improve production efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
Monitor and continuously improve daily quality efficiency performance at specific areas in production and provide reporting.
Assures product and process quality by designing and testing methods; testing finished -product & process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming production processing.
Collecting & analyzing data on the workflow to find weaknesses & complete cost analysis of any changes recommended including no of manpower, new updated equipment or machines, layout of production machines, etc.
Guaranteeing the uniformity of products by undergoing quality control, cost effectiveness, environmental & safety control into a process.
Work closely with operation team to establish, develop & review autonomous maintenance standard operating procedure (SOP) in production floor.
Coordinating, liaising with engineering, maintenance and operations on autonomous maintenance services and analyse & monitoring the schedule autonomous maintenance progress by providing solution or improvement steps.
Review & monitor operations processes to find continuous improvement on procedure and method.
To study, troubleshoot & resolve problems arising from operations.
Manpower planning, job scheduling, product quality, GMP enforcement, yield productivity, cost management, cleaning & sanitation, autonomous maintenance, process control & improvement, follow up and monitoring job progress, 5S and safety, etc.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or equivalent. Any other professional certificates will take into consideration as well.
A minimum of 2 year(s) working experience in related field are required for this position.

To assist in implementation and complying with Food Safety requirements, including ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal and Quality Management System.
Assist in production process validation and verification system to ensure every step of the processing line fulfilling food safety and quality requirements.
Assist to lean and organize internal and external audits, including customer or certification audits.
To provide information for packaging labeling, artwork and involve in final artwork approval. Review, update and conduct briefing to related departments on changes of labeling requirements.
To provide quality support to the Marketing or Customer Service team such as preparing COA, product specification, lab reports and other documents based on the customer requirement, oversea legal, HACCP and Halal requirement.
Ensuring quality tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
Assist Managers in the management of complaints for any contentious issues relating to service quality.
Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food technology/ Food Science or equivalent.
Having strong analytical knowledge and able to solve problems.
At least 2 years relevant experience in Food Quality and Manufacturing environment.
Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and can be a good team player.
Strong communication in a multi-cultural environment/international exposure.
Knowledge in Food Safety Standard i.e FSSC22000/ISO22000/HACCP/GMP/ Halal.
Perform sourcing, negotiation, product spec evaluation, price analysis, selection, assess supplier performance in order to obtain the most competitive advantages in terms of quality, cost and delivery for the company.
Implement strategic sourcing activities by closely interacting with cross functional teams, especially R&D team.
Continuous sourcing for cost saving & product improvement projects.
Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and assess raw material market trend, pricing and material avail abilities.
Monitoring all Purchase Requisition receives and requests for quotation and place order.
Fully handle for every incoming shipment/order, including import documents and clearance.
Ensure compliance to ISO food safety management and according to standard operating procedure.
Liaise with suppliers all the way from ordering, document requests and provide feedback to suppliers.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior from time to time.
Liaise with other departments to ensure to get the sample/ source they need to use.
Preferably minimum Diploma/Degree in Material or Inventory Management or any similar field.
Preferably with 2 years working experience in the purchasing area especially in the food industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
