SPICY KU LOH MEAT

INGREDIENT

250g Everbest Veg.Ku Loh Meat
2 dried chilli
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 red chilli
1/4 ginger (sliced)

SEASONING

2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
Tapioca starch

METHOD

  1. Preheat Oil until 150°C, deep fry Veg. Ku Loh Meat until golden brown, set aside.
  2. Mix sauce ingredient in a bowl.
  3. Stir fry dried chilli, bell pepper, red chilli until fragrant.
  4. Add in Veg. Ku Loh Meat and slightly cook.
  5. Add in ginger and mixed sauce and continue to stir fry until cooked. Dish up and ready to serve.
