INGREDIENT A
- 300 g Everbest Fresh Soy Chip
INGREDIENT B
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/3 cup Carrot
- 1/4 cup Mushroom
- 1/4 cup Agaricus mushroom
- 2 tbsp Red chilli (cut slice)
SEASONING
- 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp tapioca flour dissolve in some water
Cut Everbest Fresh Soy Chip into half, deep fry it in preheated oil until golden brown colour, then remove and drain.
Add in ingredients B and water to boil for 10 mins
Add tapioca slurry into the stew. Let it come to a boil and switch off the flame
Serve while it's hot
