Preheat oil, stir fry ingredients B with seasoning, and then add tapioca flour to thicken.
Open the Everbest Chai Gor into square shapes.
Arrange the Everbest Fresh Soy Chip on top of Chai Gor.
Arrange prepared ingredients B on top.
Cover with a piece of Everbest Fresh Soy Chip on top of it.
Roll it into the long pipe shape.
Steam 20 minutes for it to stick firm.
After cool, deep fry it until golden brown colour, drain and cut cubes to serve.
