KIWI VEG. SPICED DUCK

INGREDIENT

1 pcs Everbest Veg. Spiced Duck
1 pcs Kiwi (blend into juice)
50g plum juice
1 tsp sugar

METHOD

  1. Preheat oil until 160°eep fry Veg. Spiced Duck until golden brown, drain and set aside. 
  2. Stir fry blended kiwi sauce with plum juice then add in sugar until sauce thickened.
  3. Pour on Veg. Spiced Duck, dish up and ready to serve.
