The Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup is a vegan version of the popular Tom Yum Thai Soup. Tom Yum Soup is famous across the world because it is not only delicious but promotes good health by boosting the immune system and help to fight off cold and flu viruses.
The original Tom Yum Thai Soup doesn’t have coconut milk added to it. But vegans can add coconut milk as a thickener. With coconut milk added, the soup becomes Tom Kha.
However, most people use Carnation evaporated milk to thicken the soup, which is also an excellent option for vegetarians. Other delicious ingredients vegetarians to add to the soup to provide more texture are ring roll and veg. 5 species ball.
The ring roll is a delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-prepare plant-based food made from soybeans.
Ring rolls from Everbest are made with high-quality bean curd skin, passed through a quick fried process, and then hand-wrapped into a roll.
Ring rolls can be eaten with soup-based dishes like the vegetarian Tom Yum Soup to enjoy a pleasant aroma and a crispy texture.
The veg. 5 species ball from Everbest features tender, moist, and light meatballs with a delicious taste.
It is easy to cook and can be eaten with rice. It is also a nice ingredient to add to your vegetarian Tom Yum Soup to give it an interesting texture and taste.
