FISH PASTE

STUFFED TOFU

INGREDIENT

Ingredient (A)
Assorted vegetables (eg. Lady Finger, bitter gourd, eggplant) – cut into slices

Ingredient (B)
Deep fried tofu / deep fry tofu puffs ( cut into half diagonally)

Fillings:
A. 250g Everbest Veg. Fish Paste
B. Pinch of pepper , sugar and salt

METHOD

  1. Prepare fillings by seasoned Veg. Fish Paste with filling B.
  2. Cut a slit on all the ingredients, remove some inner part between slits for stuffing filling.
  3. Gently insert fillings into the ingredient ( vegetable and tofu).
  4. Smoothen the surface of the filling until it shape well.
  5. Steam in steamer for 15 minutes until cooked.
  6. Add into soup and ready to serve.
