​BLACK POMFRET FISH

INGREDIENT

380g Everbest Veg. Black Pomfret Fish
50g coconut milk
1 green & red chilli
5 curry leaves
1/2 tomato (sliced)
2 lady finger (sliced)

SEASONING

1 pkt Curry Paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oil until 170°
  2. Stir fry paste ingredient with green & red chilli , curry leaves , tomato and lady finger, add some water and bring to boil.
  3. Lower heat then add in coconut milk, cook until boiled.
  4. Pour the cooked curry sauce on Veg. Black Pomfret Fish, dish up and ready to serve.
