1. Cut 6pcs Fresh Soy Chip into half long shape, roll the seaweed strip at the centre of soy chip, then deep fry with high heat until golden brown color and expand to bigger size.
2. Preheat oil; stir fry 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp lemon sauce, 2tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp sugar.
3. Add in Thai chili sauce, ginger flower, red chili cube and some water to cook until boiled.
4. Finally, add in fried bow tie soy chip to slightly stir fry until the sauce stick evenly.
