A. EVERBEST FRESH SOY KNOT 200G
B. Snow pea, red chilli (cut slice), various mushroom
1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, pinch of sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, tapioca flour as needed
1. Preheat oil, deep fry EVERBEST FRESH SOY KNOT until golden brown colour, then remove and drain.
2. Heat up oil, add in ingredients B, water and seasoning to stir fry.
3. Add in deep fried EVERBEST FRESH SOY KNOT to stir fry until fragrant.
4. Finally, add tapioca flour to thicken, ready to serve.
