A. EVERBEST CHAI GOR 1pc, EVERBEST FRESH SOY CHIP 2pcs
B. Enoki Mushroom, mushroom (cut julienne), cabbage (shredded), carrot (cut julienne)
1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, tapioca flour as needed
1. Preheat oil, stir fry ingredients B with seasoning, and then add tapioca flour to thicken.
2. Open the EVERBEST CHAI GOR into square shape.
3. Arrange the EVERBEST FRESH SOY CHIP on top of Chai Gor.
4. Arrange prepared ingredients B on top.
5. Cover with a piece of EVERBEST FRESH SOY CHIP on top of it.
6. Roll it into the long pipe shape.
7. Steam 20 minutes for it to stick firm.
8. After cool, deep fry it until golden brown colour, drain and cut cubes to serve.
