Char Siew Fried Rice
Serving: 5 persons

250gm Everbest Veg. Soy Char Siew
1cup of peas or mixed bean
5bowls of rice, cooked and leave cold

1/2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder
Cook rice, add 1 tablespoon oil for rice to separate
Heat oil and deep fry soy char siew,
cut into cubes
Stir fry peas or mixes beans
Add cooked rice, char siew cubes and seasoning, mix well for about 2 minutes and serve hot.
