250g Vegetarian Ribbon Fish (deep-fry)
80g pickled chinese cabbage
10g ginger (shredded)
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 tsp caster sugar
1.Deep fry Veg. Ribbon Fish until slightly brown, drain up, cut into pieces and keep aside.
2.Soak pickled chinese cabbage in water for 30 minutes, rinse again.Drain, and section.
3.Heat cooking oil to saute ginger and pickled chinese cabbage over medium heat until aromatic.
4.Add in water and bring to boil, cover and simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.
5.Add in Veg. Ribbon Fish and seasoning, mix well, cook for further 3 minutes. Remove from heat, serve hot.
