A. EVERBEST VEG. STEWED LAMB CHUNK or EVERBEST VEG. ROASTED CHICKEN
B. Tomatoes, various bell pepper, mushroom
C. Olive oil
D. Pasta, celery leaves or basil leaves
A. Tomato puree (5 tomatoes)
B. 2 tbsp black pepper sauce, 1/2 tbsp salt, margarine
Sauce cooking methods:
1. Preheat olive oil, stir fry tomatoes, various bell pepper, mushroom and EVERBEST VEG. STEWED LAMB CHUNK or EVERBEST VEG. ROASTED CHICKEN until fragrant.
2. Add in all sauce ingredients and some water to stir fry.
3. After boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pasta cooking methods:
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 minutes or until all dente. Drain, and toss with the prepared sauce. Top with celery leaves or basil leaves to serve.
Pasta should cook to a little elastic when you bite down, do not half cooked. Pasta drain and mix with olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.
