Vegetarian Lamb Curry
250gm Everbest Veg. Stewed Lamb Chunk
200gm fresh grounded chili paste
800gm(1/3 cup)coconut milk/evaporated milk
Curry Leafs

1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
300ml water

Preheat oil to 150'C, slightly deep fry Stewed Lamb Chunk, do not over dried, remove and drain.
Stir fry chili paste, add in curry leafs, then add water and seasoning to cook until boil.
Then, add in fried Lamb Chunk and cook for another 1/2 to 1 minute.
Finally, add in coconut milk/evaporated milk, cook and stir, ready to serve.
